Calling ALL people (all ages, all ethnicities, all bodies) who wish to be part of a large scale choreographic project that will be performed in Wellington, NZ. No experience needed, just a passion for peace and a beating heart. This project is in memory of all those who have the courage to say 'yes' to peace. I have been chewing on this project for over 8 years, and now I want to act and need your support! I am hoping for 500 people to make an impact. More would be a bonus. EMPATHY FIRST: Keep our kids and teens safe!

In this 1 day workshop you will learn practical empathy skills that will bring more connection into all your whānau relationships, but especially with your kids & teens. This workshop is focused on building skills that help young people get through the tough stuff in life. Real empathy is a powerful tool and can change lives and offer hope.

NVC & MINDFULNESS: Listen to your souls calling

A weekend workshop that brings together Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and mindfulness practices. This workshop is for people who have an understanding of the basic model of NVC. Mindfulness can support NVC by increasing awareness, sharpening observational skills, and creating time and space to formulate a response; in turn, NVC can support mindfulness by decreasing violent outbursts that interfere with presence of mind. We are excited about offering this new workshop - BOOK IN FAST (limited to 26 places)

ONLINE COURSE
NATURAL NVC: Living compassion
Mon 1 July - Mon 5 Aug, 5pm - 7pm (6x 2 hour sessions)
Prerequisite: NVC basic foundation workshop
Online: Zoom (link tbc)
Cost: $180

This 6 week online course will support you to dig beneath the 4 step model of NVC and deepen your understanding of the key concepts and differentiation's - helping you integrate, live and breath a compassionate experience in a NATURAL way. During the 6x 2 hour sessions we will spend time unpacking protective strategies that keep us safe and develop skills to stay fully connected with life.
* This one is for folk who have completed a foundation training and have some experience of the basics and want MORE.

NONVIOLENT COMMUNICATION TRAINING: For Beginners AND Advanced

This 2 day Introductory training in Nonviolent Communication is for beginners AND those more advanced in NVC. We will offer an overview of the 4 step model of NVC for those who are just starting, as well as separate sessions for those wanting to embody a more natural use of NVC. You will gain tools that can be applied immediately in daily life, bringing more honesty and harmony to all relationships - both at home and work. We encourage you to book and pay early to confirm your spot as previous training's have booked up well in advance due to the limited places available.

Take time to slow down and drop into true compassion while being nurtured by the beautiful landscape of northeast Bali. With time for the body and mind to unwind from the daily stresses in life, healing and renewal can unfold. The focus is on the spirituality of NVC, Dyad Meditation, with movement and music to support the body to integrate learning and to renew fully.The program is suitable for those with a basic understanding of the NVC concepts and differentiations, and are willing to dive deeper into an immersion experience. Alive in the Body, Alive in the Moment: Yoga and Nonviolent Communication Residential Retreat

Over the 6 days of this retreat, we will offer a full foundational training in NonViolent Communication. Woven into each day will be yoga and free movement practices structured to serve the daily components of the NVC learning and provide a resource to integrate and "land" the teachings. Live guitar music offered by Rob will accompany these movement explorations. Breathwork and meditation sessions will be shared daily to further anchor the teachings and support deep and nourishing periods of rest and integration.

This retreat is co-faciliated with Katie Lane (Yoga Therapist/Teacher Trainer)
